Discount Passes
Golden Age / Golden Access Passport
As of January 1, 2007 the Corps is no longer issuing Golden Age or Golden Access passports. Existing passports may still be used until they are lost, defaced or stolen.
Senior Pass
The America the Beautiful Interagency Senior Passes are currently available at our Campground Gatehouses between the hours of 10am to 6pm daily. The Interagency Senior Pass is valid for entrance fees and standard amenity recreation day use fees for all federal recreational lands and waters. The pass cannot be used by anyone other than the individual the pass is issued to. Holders of this pass will also receive a 50% discount on fees at US Army Corps of Engineers operated campgrounds.
Access Pass
The America the Beautiful Interagency Access Pass is currently available at the Waco Lake Project Office. There is no fee for this pass if obtained in person. If obtained via mail order or online through the USGS Store , there will be an additional processing fee of $10 . Documentation required for the Access Pass is as follows:
The Access Pass is valid for entrance fees and standard amenity recreation day use fees for all federal recreational lands and waters. The pass is valid for lifetime for the holder of the pass, and cannot be used by anyone other than the individual the pass is issued to. Holders of this pass will also receive a 50% discount on fees at US Army Corps of Engineers operated campgrounds. Annual Day Use Pass
Corps of Engineers Annual Passes entitle holders to the use of any US Army Corps of Engineers operated boat launch ramps, swim beach areas, and other day use facilities at any project for a year from the month of purchase. Annual passes may be purchased at Waco Lake campground gatehouses daily from 10am - 6pm, for a cost of $40.00 per pass . The Annual Pass admits the holder and any accompanying passengers in a private vehicle. The Annual Pass does not cover or reduce special recreation permit fees, fees charged by concessionaires or fees charged for campground use. The Corps of Engineers Annual Pass may not be used at areas operated by other agencies even if those areas area located on Corps owned property. This pass is strictly for day use areas operated by the Corps of the Engineers only.
America The Beautiful Pass
The America the Beautiful Interagency Annual Pass is currently available at the Waco Lake campground gatehouses daily from 10am - 6pm for a fee of $80 . This pass may also be purchase online at the USGS Store . The Interagency Annual Pass is valid for entrance fees and standard amenity recreation day use fees for all federal recreational lands and waters. Valid for one year from month of issuance and cannot be used by anyone other than the individual the pass is issued to . The Interagency Annual Pass is not valid for campground fees or discounts at campground facilities. This pass is strictly for day use areas operated by the federal agencies (BLM, USBR, FWS, USFS, NPS, and USACE).
Military Pass
The America the Beautiful Interagency Annual Military Pass is currently Available at the Waco Lake Project Office. There is no fee for this pass. The Interagency Annual Military Pass is for Active Military personnel, Veterans, and Gold Star families. Please read the USGS website for a list of Documentation required to obtain an Annual Military Pass. The Interagency Annual Military Pass is valid for entrance fees and standard amenity recreation day use fee for all federal recreational lands and waters. The pass is valid for one year from the month of issuance. This pass is strictly for day use areas operated by the federal agencies (BLM, USBR, FWS, USFS, NPS, and USACE). Every Kid Outdoors 4th Grade Pass
The
Every Kid Outdoors 4th Grade Pass
can be accessed through
the
Every Kid Outdoors website.
4th grade students must complete the online packet with educational lessons to obtain their pass. Once
completed teachers and/or parents can print off the American the Beautiful Interagency Every Kid Outdoors
4th Grade Pass paper voucher. The paper vouchers can be utilized for entrance fees and standard amenity
receation day use fees for all federal recreational lands and waters. The paper voucher can be turned in
at the Waco Lake Project Office in exchange for an Every Kid in a Park 4th Grade Pass (card). The card will
be issued to the 4th grade student. The student
must
be present with the pass at time of entry
to the recreation area. The pass is valid for
day use areas only.
Adults are not allowed to
possess or utilize these passes. Passes are valid September through August of the schoolyear that the student
is in the 4th grade.
