Swimming at Proctor Lake

Proctor Lake has established several swim beaches within each park to provide guests with a safe environment to swim and enjoy the lake.

Each swim beach has a perimeter (constructed with polyethylene pipe) that restricts boat access to the swimming area and is accompanied with restricted buoys to prevent encroachment by boaters. Furthermore, each swim beach has a life jacket loaner station stocked with various sizes that are available for public use. Please return all life jackets to the loaner station before departing the swim beach.

Please be aware that lifeguards are not present at swim beaches and that swimming in these areas is at your own risk.
