The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, welcomes you to Proctor Lake, located in Comanche, Texas. The mission of Proctor Lake is to conduct flood risk management operations in North Central Texas, to provide water supply, and to offer recreational opportunities.
