Town Bluff Project is located midway between the towns of Jasper and Woodville on US HWY 190 in East Texas.  The project is approximately 60 miles north of Beaumont and 120 miles northwest of Houston.  The project office is located near the west end of the dam on FM 92, 5 miles south of it's intersection with US HWY 190.

The upper reaches of B. A. Steinhagen Lake are approximately 20 river miles down the Angelina River from the Sam Rayburn Dam.

Town Bluff Dam/B.A. Steinhagen Lake Office

• From Jasper: Take US Hwy 190 West to FM 92 intersection (flashing caution light). Turn left onto FM 92 South. Drive approximately 5 miles. Turn left into office complex.
• From Woodville: Take US Hwy 190 East to FM 92 intersection. Turn right onto FM 92 S and drive approximately 5 miles. Turn left into office complex. OR: US Hwy 190 East to FM 1746 East. Drive approximately 13.7 miles. Turn left onto FM 92 S. Drive approximately 0.3 miles and turn right into office complex.
• From Beaumont: Take US-96 N toward Lufkin/Jasper. Follow US-96 BR through Silsbee. Continue on US-96-BR/S 5th Street through Silsbee. S 5th Street becomes FM 92. Drive approximately 30 miles. Turn right into office complex.
• From Houston: Take US-59 N to Livingston. Turn right onto US-190 East, continue through Woodville. Turn right onto FM 1746 East. Drive approximately 13.7 miles. Turn left onto FM 92 S. Drive approximately 0.3 miles and turn right into office complex.

Magnolia Ridge Park

• From Jasper: Take US Hwy 190 West to FM 92 intersection (flashing caution light). Turn right onto FM 92 North. Drive approximately one mile. Turn right into park entrance.
• From Woodville: Take US Hwy 190 East to FM 92 intersection (flashing caution light). Turn left onto FM 92 North. Drive approximately one mile. Turn right into park entrance.
• From Beaumont: Take US-96 toward Lufkin/Jasper. Continue on US96-BR/S 5th St. through Silsbee. S 5th St. becomes FM 92 N. Drive approximately 35 miles to US-190 intersection. Continue straight across. Drive approximately one mile. Turn right into park entrance.
• From Houston: Take US Hwy 59 N to Livingston. Turn onto US Hwy 190 East, continue through Woodville and drive approximately another 12.5 miles to FM 92 intersection. At the caution light, turn left onto FM 92 North. Drive approximately one mile. Turn right into park entrance.

Sandy Creek Park

• From Jasper: Take US Hwy 190 West to second FM 777 intersection ( NOT at airport , look for brown sandy creek park sign, across from beech grove vet clinic). Turn left onto FM 777. Drive approximately 1.3 miles. Turn right onto County Road 155. Drive approximately 2.6 miles. Turn right into park entrance.
• From Woodville: Take US Hwy 190 East, across bridge to FM 777 intersection. Turn right onto FM 777. Drive approximately 1.3 miles. Turn right onto County Road 155. Drive approximately 2.6 miles. Turn right into park entrance.
• From Beaumont: Take FM 92 North to US Hwy 190 intersection. Turn right onto US Hwy 190 East. Continue across bridge to FM 777 intersection; turn right. Drive approximately 1.3 miles. Turn right onto County Road 155. Drive approximately 2.6 miles. Turn right into park entrance.
• From Houston: Take US Hwy 59 North to Livingston. Take US Hwy 190 East, continue through Woodville, across bridge to FM 777 intersection. Turn right onto FM 777. Drive approximately 1.3 miles. Turn right onto County Road 155. Drive approximately 2.6 miles. Turn right into park entrance.

East End Park

(day use only)

• From Jasper: Take US-190 West to second FM 777 intersection ( NOT at airport , look for brown sandy creek park sign, across from beech grove vet clinic). Turn left onto FM 777. Drive approximately 1.3 miles. Turn right onto County Road 155. Drive approximately 3.4 miles (go past Sandy Creek Park entrance). Turn right onto County Road 153. Drive approximately 1 mile. Road dead ends into park entrance.
• From Woodville: Take US-190 East to County Road 156 (first road past bridge). Turn right onto County Road 156. Follow to "T" interesection, turn right onto County Road 155. Drive approximately 3.4 miles (go past Sandy Creek Park entrance). Turn right onto county Road 153. Drive approximately 1 mile. Road dead ends into park entrance.

BluffView Park

(day use only, located next to main project office)

• From Jasper: Take US Hwy 190 West to FM 92 intersection (flashing caution light). Turn left onto FM 92 South. Drive approximately 5 miles. Turn left into park entrance.
• From Woodville: Take US Hwy 190 East to FM 92 intersection. Turn right onto FM 92 S and drive approximately 5 miles. Turn left into office complex. OR: US Hwy 190 East to FM 1746 East. Drive approximately 13.7 miles. Turn left onto FM 92 S. Drive approximately 0.4 miles and turn right into park entrance.
