The Town Bluff Project does not pursue Gate Attendant contracts. On-site live-in park host volunteers are welcomed to assist the visiting public. Volunteer information can be found on the Volunteer Program, Volunteer Opportunities, and Volunteer Application tabs.

The Town Bluff Project contracts out several different services including park cleaning, mowing, office janitorial, refuse services and IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) contracts for construction and repair work. Individuals or companies interested in bidding on contracts initiated by Town Bluff Project or by the Corps of Engineers should visit www.sam.gov or call the Town Bluff Project for contracting opportunities that may be available.
