Lake Georgetown has 2 day use group picnic areas in Cedar Breaks Park. These shelters are available on a first-come first-serve basis. GS1 - Shelter 22 has a double size shelter, group grill and washer pits. GS2 - Shelter 32 has the same facilities except there are horse shoe pits in place of washer pits. Each shelter will accommodate and are for groups from 10-25 people ONLY and are open year round from 6:00 am - sunset. Restrooms with flush toilets are near both shelters.

Shelters 4 and 5 in Russell Park are available for day use only. These shelters are open April 1 through September 30 only. Each shelter will accommodate up to 25 people. Parking at these shelters is limited to 15 vehicles. These shelters have water, one electric outlet for small appliances, a group grill, and flush restrooms are nearby. Reservations for Shelters 4 and 5 can be made by calling (877) 444-6777.
