Camping at Belton Lake

There are multiple and diverse opportunities for camping at Belton Lake. Cedar Ridge Park, Live Oak Ridge Park, Westcliff Park and White Flint Park are the four fully developed campgrounds offering RV camping sites. Some of these areas also offer varying levels of tent camping, screened shelters and attached day-use facilities. Winkler Park is also a developed area that accepts both tent and RV user but has no electrical service. For more primitive accomodations, Belton Lake has Owl Creek Park which is available for tent camping only with no campsite utilities. Westcliff Park also contains a few primitive tent campsites without utilities. Belton Lake is a popular camping destination during the summer season and reservation are limited. It is recommended to plan you stay in advance to help ensure a campsite. Check here for the current fee schedule.
