Love Park has a group day use shelter that accommodates 200 visitors for a daily rate of $100.00. The shelter is covered and has ample picnic tables, a barbecue grill, and ceiling fans. There is ample space for parking vehicles. A sand volleyball court is located adjacent to the group shelter. The shelter is available for reservations only. Reservations begin at 6:00 A.M. and end at 9:00 P.M. The shelter may be reserved by contacting the National Recreation Reservation Service (NRRS ™) at 1-877-444-6777 or visiting recreation.gov . Note: A permit is required for events or activities occurring in the park, including but not limited to bounce houses, water slides, weddings, tournaments, bands, DJs, church functions, etc. Swimming pools of any size are not allowed.
