Group Camping Areas

A Group Camping area is open in Hanks Creek Park on Sam Rayburn Reservoir.

This facility features a Group Shelter with tables and outdoor cooker, five RV sites with 50 amp electric and water hookups, and other amenities. The facility is limited to no more than 50 people (10 per site). Overnight camping is permitted. The Group Shelter and five RV sites currently (2012) rents for $150 per day.

The Group Camping Area may be reserved through http:// www.recreation.gov . The Group Site number is G1.
