We are currently accepting applications for Maintenance and Groundskeeping positions at Bardwell Lake.
Maintenance Positions: Expected to be able to assist lake staff with projects in a safe and effective manner. Projects may include, but are not limited, construction, minor electrical work, minor plumbing work, welding, painting, etc. based on your skill set or what you want to learn.
Groundskeeping Positions: Will work as a part of a team using government equipment to mow, weedeat and maintain park grounds between High View, Mott, and Waxahachie Creek parks on a rotating basis at Bardwell Lake.
Important information for all positions:
Special Skills Needed: Positive attitude and outgoing personalities along with a desire to work as part of a team to reach our goals and "Make A Difference".All on-site Volunteers work a minimum of 20 hrs per week and are provided a campsite (electricity and water hook-ups, limited full hook-up sites) during their commitment to our team, however, must have their own self contained RV. Time commitments are flexible but we prefer those who can commit for a minimum of 3-6 months.
