Bluffview Park

Length: Approximately 1/3 mile

Users: Walkers and Joggers

Description: Paved walking track. Parking areas and picnic tables located nearby.

Directions: Located near Project Office on FM 92 S

Magnolia Ridge Park

Length: Pond Loop 1/2 mile, Magnolia Trail 2/3 mile (one way), Walnut Trail 4/10 mile (one way), Beech Trail 1/3 mile (one way)

Users: Walkers, Joggers, Bikers

Description: Restablished after Hurricanes Rita and Ike destroyed the orignal trail system in 2005 and 2008. The trail system consists of 4 trails of varying lengths.

Directions: Inside Magnolia Ridge Park on FM 92 N. Parking available at each trailhead.

Sandy Creek Park

Length: Sandy Creek Trail (one way) .78 miles, Loblolly Trail (one way) -in progress , Lakeview Trail (one way) -in progress

Users: Walkers, Joggers, Bikers

Description: Sandy Creek Trail connects from Old Folks Loop at Sandy Creek to the Slough Trail in Martin Dies Jr. State Park. Loblolly Trail runs from the first restroom in Sandy Creek, past the food plot out to the main park road. Lakeview Trail picks up across the road from Loblloly and runs along the shoreline, ending out at the main park road.

Directions: Loblolly & Lakeview Trail access inside Sandy Creek Main Park Entrance, Sandy Creek Trailhead access from Old Folks Loop.
