Leased Parks at Grapevine Lake
Several recreational areas at Grapevine Lake are operated by local municipalities or by Marinas International under a lease with the Corps of Engineers. The Corps of Engineers still owns the land and oversees the lease; the operating agencies or private companies are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the park. Use fees may apply.
