Recreation at Grapevine Lake

Grapevine Lake attracts visitors from all over Texas and beyond with its campgrounds, picnic areas, numerous boat ramps for quick and easy access to the water, fishing spots (everyone has a favorite secret lucky fishing hole), picturesque marinas and easy access to the numerous attractions of Dallas and Fort Worth. If you enjoy trails, Grapevine Lake offers trail experiences for hikers, mountain bikers and equestrians. For hunters, we offer access to public hunting on the northwest end of Grapevine Lake with deer (archery only), feral hog, waterfowl and other small game.
