General Reservation Info

Reservations can be made by calling the Canyon Lake Office during business hours:
8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday at (830) 964-3341
When making a reservation, PLEASE provide the following:
Date of Activity
Group or Party name
Type of Activity (Private, public)
Contact telephone numbers
Type of organization (club, charity, business, etc)
Number people in party (participants & spectators)
Responsible Contact Person for event
Other Info as Requested

Rental Fee
$75 per day per Shelter (Cash or Check)
No payment for group shelter rental will be taken in advance at this time.
Discount Passes are NEVER applied to Group Shelter reservations.
Credit Cards are NOT accepted at this time.

Please pay the Gate Attendant on duty at Canyon P ark gate house on the day of your arrival.

Shelters Closed : October 1 - March 31
Shelters might be available in off season with a valid special event permit .
