Miller Springs Park will be temporarily closed projected to start on Nov. 1st for repairs necessary to the Belton Dam Stilling Basin. The park may re-open by April 1st or earlier depending if the work is finished. "The hiking trail will be closed that runs from the Miller Springs Nature Area into the Miller Springs Park during construction." All other trails will be open.
The following parks are closed for the Winter months and will re-open on March 1st. These include White Flint, Winkler, Owl Creek, and Westcliff Park.
"Sunset, Coveside, Turkey Roost Group Campsite, Temple Lake Park, Frank's & Overlook Pavilions will be open via LAP (Lake Activity Permit). Call our office for info! (254) 939-2461
